Conference & Group Travel to Croatia

Experience Croatia

Croatia is one of the few destinations where the location alone justifies the trip internally. Dubrovnik is a walled city on the Adriatic, compact enough that the whole group moves on foot. Split is the practical counterpart further north – more capacity, lower prices and the islands within reach. Two and a half to three hours from Stockholm, and a season running from May into October.

Conference in Croatia

A conference in Croatia lives or dies on booking early. We handle flights, transfers, hotels, meeting venues, dinners and activities – and the constraint here is capacity, not choice. Dubrovnik has a limited number of beds and the cruise ships fill the old town in the middle of the day, while Split has more room to work with. Which of the two you should use depends on the group, and that is the first thing we will tell you.

Activities

Purpose with pleasure.

Conference rooms, guest speakers, and exclusive dinners? Of course. Helicopter tours or local adventures? No problem. We make sure every activity goes beyond the ordinary and creates an unforgettable experience.

Support

Always by your side.

With a private guide on-site and our 24/7 support in the background, we ensure a smooth and secure journey. We make sure everything runs seamlessly, wherever you are, whenever you need it.

Sustainability

Plan sustainable.

Sustainable choices shouldn’t be a hurdle, they should elevate the experience. And it all starts with smart planning.

FAQ

FAQ

What's included in a Way trip?

We handle the whole thing: flights, accommodation, meeting venue, activities, transfers and project management, with on-site support during the trip.

Which destinations do you work with in Croatia?

Dubrovnik and Split are the two we run most. Dubrovnik is the walled city and the postcard, Split has more capacity at lower prices and puts the islands closer. But we work across Croatia – Hvar and Brač, the Makarska riviera around Brela, the Pelješac peninsula for wine, and Zagreb when the meeting matters more than the sea.

What does a conference trip to Croatia cost?

Prices start at around SEK 12,000 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. Dubrovnik in July and August is in a bracket of its own; Split is noticeably cheaper for a comparable trip.

How long is the flight to Croatia?

About two and a half to three hours by direct flight from Stockholm during the summer season, via a connection outside it. From Dubrovnik airport it is 25–30 minutes along the coast; from Split it is around 25 minutes into the city.

When is the best time for a conference in Croatia?

May to October, with May, June and September the best of it. July and August are hot and busy and the beds go early, so book well ahead whatever month you choose.
