Whether it’s fine-tuning business trips, organizing an international meeting for 4000 participants, or taking 400 people abroad for an unforgettable conference – we make it happen. Smooth, safe, and with a personal touch that makes a difference.
Our journey, from the Baltic Sea to the world.
It all started in 2003 with travel agencies in Eskilstuna, Örebro, and Nyköping. Two childhood friends, a big idea, and the courage to take a chance. Soon, we became one of Sweden’s largest resellers of Baltic Sea cruises. In 2010, we took the next step, expanding into business travel and congresses, and with new technical expertise, we laid the foundation for what is now Way.
The journey begins.
We open in Västerås, Eskilstuna, Nyköping, and Örebro. Focus: Cruises for the private market.
We become a true travel agency.
With our IATA license and our first major corporate travel client, we step into the B2B world for real.
From Silja to custom solutions.
We move from retail to becoming a specialized B2B agency for travel, meetings, and events.
Now we’re talking congress.
We level up and become one of Sweden’s largest PCOs, focusing on large-scale meetings.
When everything comes to a halt.
The pandemic hits. We lose 70% of our revenue and have to say goodbye to colleagues we care about.
Our strongest year yet.
Record year in clients, revenue, employees – a clear sign we’re on the right track.
