Experience Poland
Poland is closer than most people think and cheaper than almost anywhere else in Europe. Gdansk is an hour away by air, Krakow and Warsaw slightly further, and all three have hotels and conference facilities that clear the bar with room to spare. The price level means a group that would otherwise settle for two nights can stay three, or put the money into the programme instead of the flights. History is present everywhere, which gives the trip substance beyond the meeting room.

Clients who choose Way

Conference in Poland
A conference in Poland is often the one that surprises people most, in the right direction. We handle flights, transfers, hotels, meeting venues, dinners and activities, and we pick the city around what the trip is meant to do – Gdansk for the coast and a compact old town, Krakow for history and evenings, Warsaw when the meeting is the main event. The differences between the three are larger than the distances suggest.
FAQ
What's included in a Way trip?

Which destinations do you work with in Poland?
Gdansk, Krakow and Warsaw are the most common. Gdansk for the coast and a compact old town, Krakow for history and the evenings, Warsaw when the meeting itself is the main event. But we work across all of Poland, so if you have somewhere else in mind we will arrange it.
What does a conference trip to Poland cost?
Prices start at around SEK 10,000 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. Poland gives you noticeably more for the same budget than most of Western Europe.

About an hour and a half by direct flight from Stockholm. Gdansk is the closest, with Krakow and Warsaw marginally further, and all three have direct routes from Sweden.
