Which destinations do you work with in Sweden?

What does a conference in Sweden cost?
Prices start at around SEK 7,500 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. A one-night setup costs considerably less, and staying domestic removes the flight from the budget entirely.
How do you get there?
It depends on the destination. Gothenburg is three hours by train from Stockholm, Åre and Kiruna about an hour and a half by air, Gotland three and a half hours by ferry or forty-five minutes by air. Travelling together by train or boat is often worth more to the group than the time it saves to fly.
When is the best time for a conference in Sweden?
It depends entirely on where you go. Gothenburg and Gotland are at their best from May to September, the mountains have two seasons – December to April for snow and June to September for hiking – and Kiruna gives you northern lights in winter and midnight sun in summer.
