What does a conference trip to Spain cost?
Prices start at around SEK 12,000 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. The coastal destinations are usually cheaper than Barcelona and Madrid.
How long is the flight to Spain?
Between three and four and a half hours by direct flight from Stockholm, depending on the destination. Barcelona and Mallorca are the closest, Malaga and Alicante slightly further south.
When is the best time for a conference in Spain?
April to October. Spring and early autumn give you warm weather without the July and August heat, and hotel rates are lower outside the peak. The Costa del Sol works well into November.
