Prague gives you one of Europe's most beautiful city centres at a price that leaves room for better hotels and more programme. Two hours by air, a compact centre and everything within walking distance. The city is used to groups, with venues running from modern conference hotels to fifteenth-century cellars. Add beer culture, food and an evening scene that is hard to get wrong, and you have a destination that rarely disappoints anyone.
Hotels and meeting venues in Prague
Prague is one of the few capitals where you get solid standards without the budget giving way. Majestic Plaza Hotel sits near Wenceslas Square with its own meeting rooms and space for the whole group under one roof. Hotel Downtown Prague is simpler but just as central, a good call when you'd rather put the money into the programme and the dinners. If you need larger venues or something with more character, we arrange it through our contacts in the city.
Activities and dinners in Prague
Prague has activities that connect to the city itself. The Svátá Klára vineyard sits on the slope above Troja and takes groups for tastings with a view over the valley – few guests expect Czech wine. A beer tour is the obvious alternative and works as an icebreaker early in the trip. To cover more ground in less time, you take the city on a Scrooser, an electric kick-scooter that turns the tour into an activity in itself. Dinners we set to the evening, from vaulted cellars to something more modern.
