The Hoxton sits on the Herengracht canal and suits groups after something more modern than the standard hotel – relaxed in tone, with a lobby and bar that work as well for mingling as for working. For the conference itself, Amsterdam has venues that lift the whole thing: Gashouder, a former gasholder in Westergas with height and industrial character, and De Wester in the same complex. We match hotel and venue to the size and pace of the group.
Activities and dinners in Amsterdam
The canal tour is the obvious opener – an hour on the water gives the group the city in a way street level can't, and it works as transport to dinner as readily as a programme item in its own right. From there, bikes are the natural way around, the same as for everyone else in the city. Westergas covers the evenings too, with restaurants and bars in the same complex as the venues, which keeps the day together without extra transfers.
