Copenhagen is the easiest conference abroad you can run. An hour by air or a few hours by train, no currency hassle and no language barrier. The city is built for moving around on foot and by bike, which holds the programme together on its own. Hotels and venues meet Nordic standards, the food is among the best in Europe, and the sustainability case is easy to make internally. Close to home, but still abroad.

We choose accommodation around what the group is after. Scandic Copenhagen and Scandic Spectrum are dependable picks with meeting rooms in house and most things within walking distance – easy when the schedule is tight and the group is large. For something with more character, Villa Copenhagen is a step up: a former post office turned hotel, with a rooftop terrace and pool. If you need larger or more specific venues, we arrange it locally.
Activities and dinners in Copenhagen
Copenhagen is a city you cover on foot or by bike, and the programme reflects that. A bike ride through Christianshavn and out to Refshaleøen puts the group right in the city and ends well at a street food stop. A canal tour works as the calmer option, or as transport between two points in the day. In the evening there's everything from classic smørrebrød to top-tier Nordic cooking – we book to budget and to how the group wants to sit.

About 1 hour by direct flight from Stockholm. From southern Sweden the train is often the better option, and it puts you in the city centre.
How far is it from the airport?
About 15–20 minutes by transfer from Kastrup to the city centre.
When is the best time for a conference in Copenhagen?
May to September, when the city is at its best outdoors. Copenhagen also works well in winter for groups keeping the programme indoors.
